When You Buy your nice new Shoes That are tight as sin, Water will make certian areas strech... I have been told to pack damp newspaper into tight shoes to strech them out a bit... this is good if you have 1 foot larger than the other, or fasten your shoes firmly and step into a warm bat for 5 minutes then towel dry them, and use a hair drier to finish them off, this will mould them to your feet almost perfectly. Please take note of manufacturers warnings before doing this though... It worked for me.
